Scope of this notice

This notice explains how Brotecs Technologies Limited handles information collected through the GoFleexo product website — the pages you are reading now, including enquiry and demonstration request forms.

It does not govern the GoFleexo platform itself. Where an organisation licenses GoFleexo, the operational data processed inside the platform — vehicle positions, trips, driver records, fuel events, maintenance history — is handled under that organisation's contract and data processing agreement, in which the customer is the controller and Brotecs Technologies Limited acts as processor on documented instructions. Those terms take precedence over this notice for platform data.

Brotecs Technologies Limited is responsible for information collected through this website. The company is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, United States, with offices in the United Kingdom, Bulgaria and the United Arab Emirates, and a research and development centre in Bangladesh.

GoFleexo is marketed and delivered principally in Bangladesh, where enquiries are handled by the Brotecs Technologies Limited corporate office in Gulshan, Dhaka, supported by the Engineering & Innovation Center in Uttara, Dhaka.

Information collected through this website

Information you provide. When you submit an enquiry or request a demonstration, the form asks for your name, business email address, company, telephone number, country, industry, approximate fleet size and a description of your requirements. Providing a telephone number and country is optional.

Consent record. Where you tick the consent box on a form, the fact and time of that consent is recorded alongside the enquiry.

Correspondence. If you email or otherwise contact the team, that correspondence and any attachments form part of the enquiry record.

Technical information. Our web servers record IP address, browser type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. These are used to operate the site securely and to understand which pages are useful.

What this website does not collect

The website does not require an account, does not process payments, and does not ask for government identification numbers, financial account details or any special category information. Please do not include such information in the free-text field of an enquiry form.

The website does not receive telemetry from vehicles, tracking devices or driver applications. That data flows only into a licensed platform instance belonging to the relevant customer.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services

This site loads a web font service to render its typefaces, which means your browser makes a request to that provider and it will see your IP address.

This site does not run advertising pixels or cross-site tracking, and does not sell or share personal information for advertising purposes. Where analytics are used, they are limited to aggregate page performance. Any cookie set beyond those strictly necessary to operate the site is listed here, with its purpose, before it is deployed.

How information is used, and on what basis

Enquiry information is used to respond to your request, arrange and run a demonstration, prepare a proposal scoped to your operation, and maintain the business relationship that follows. Technical information is used to operate the site securely and to understand which pages are useful.

We rely on your consent for marketing contact, on our legitimate interest in responding to commercial enquiries and securing our website, and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Where the General Data Protection Regulation or a comparable regime applies to an enquiry originating outside Bangladesh, the same bases apply.

When information is shared

Information is shared with service providers acting on the company's instructions — hosting, email delivery, customer relationship management and, where applicable, analytics. Each must be bound by written terms restricting use to the services provided.

Information may be shared between Brotecs Technologies Limited entities where a regional team is better placed to respond to your enquiry, and with professional advisers where necessary. It may also be disclosed where required by law, court order or a binding regulatory request, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Enquiry information is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

International transfers

Because the company operates across the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh, information submitted through this site may be accessed from a country other than your own.

Where information moves out of a jurisdiction that restricts transfers, we put an appropriate safeguard in place — standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision or an equivalent mechanism — and apply the same security controls wherever the information is held. Bangladeshi customers who require their operational data to remain inside the country can be served by an on-premises or in-country deployment, in which case that data never leaves their environment.

How long information is kept

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where a commercial relationship develops, for the life of that relationship plus the period required for tax, accounting and limitation purposes.

Where an enquiry does not progress, the record is reviewed and deleted twenty-four months after the last contact.

How information is protected

Information submitted through this site is handled under the same security practices the company applies to its products: encryption in transit, access restricted to staff with a business need, authentication controls on internal systems, and logging of administrative access.

No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send confidential operational detail, credentials or commercially sensitive documents through a web form.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask what information is held about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

If you request a demonstration or ask to be kept informed, you may receive occasional communications about GoFleexo. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting a live enquiry or an existing contract.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact the address below and it will be deleted.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the business, the site or the applicable law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, and material changes should carry a revision date.
